Small pretzels

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 g) flour
150 g margarine
200 g cottage cheese or soft feta cheese
egg 1
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
1/2 baking powder
# For garnishing can be used :
paprika
caraway
poppy seed
grated cheese
pieces of walnuts

Method
From the flour sifted with baking powder, grated frozen margarine, salt, sugar and knead the dough. To it add the yolk and the cottage cheese. Roll out the crust, thick 4-5 mm. It forms a small cut figures. They are coated on top with slightly beaten up egg white and sprinkle with various spices optional. Bake in a moderate oven until browned.

Many are delicious and easy to make.

crackers are easy and were very tasty. I divided the dough in two and one half put cayenne pepper.

Now they did and were amazing. I sprinkled them with sesame, red pepper and savory.

Wow, very tasty rose. I put some salt and colorful. Many thanks to that it has risen.
