Ice Cream melons

Ingredients
1 melon
3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
the juice of 1 lemon
Method
Sugar is vazvaryava 3/4 cup (150 ml) of water, boil 5 minutes, after which the syrup is cooled. Peel melon compressed or treated with a mixer, added immediately lemon juice and sugar syrup, the mixture was poured into ice-plates, placed in the freezer and frozen for 2 hours. Ice cream mix and re-freeze. Once the ice cream is ready to leave in the fridge.
