Ruschova pickle

Ingredients
5 kg vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, bell peppers, green tomatoes)
1 bunch celery
1 cup salt
1 cup sunflower oil
3 cups vinegar
3 cups sugar
10 aspirin
30 peppercorns
10 Allspice
4 bay leaves
Method
Vegetables are cut in a large container (bucket). Add other products and nice mix. Allow to stand for 48 hours from time to time stirring. Packed in jars. Not sterilized.

How durable is this pickle after not sterilized? Plied cap you stay?
