Ingredients
1 cup sunflower oil
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
vinegar
3 cups flour
# For the filling:
4-5 large apples
4 tbsp sugar
cinnamon
walnuts
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
To the oil add sugar and stir nice. The bottom of the cup baking mix in a little vinegar and make 1/2 cup hot water, the mixture was added to the broken sugar with the oil. Add the flour and kneaded dough. The dough is set aside a piece the size of a tennis ball. Remaining dough is spread out across a thin layer in a greased baking dish with sunflower oil. Top ranks stuffing of grated apples with the sugar, cinnamon and walnuts. To separate test added a little flour, kneaded and in large pieces grater grate on stuffing. Bake in the oven at 250 C. The finished and cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
