Method
From the water, vinegar, the oil, salt and flour (flour is usually - type 500) is kneaded medium soft dough, not sticky, but not too hard. Divide into 6-7 balls. Of each ball rolled pita small size about one inch, and leave to rest 10-15 minutes before that brush Spread each with sunflower oil. After this table, covered with cover only starts pulling sheet. Take one pita with fists and stretch, then put on the tablecloth and began pulling. Each end pulling equally (literally walk mass) until transparent crust. The ends remain plump and I cut them with a knife or tear. The filling is prepared as follows: spinach cut into small pieces and stew in a little oil. Boil rice and drain the water. Eggs are broken with the feta cheese, add the rice and spinach and mix everything. Sprinkle with stuffing crust (I do not put fat inside), gently lift the cover and begin to roll. So the finished roll turn into a greased tray. In other buns on the same way to the end. ready banitsa pour the heated sunflower oil. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C until ready. Wrap with a towel to smother.
