Colorful sausage

Ingredients
1 onion
500 g Macedonian sausage
1 kg potatoes
2 cup frozen vegetables (corn, peas, carrots)
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
sunflower oil
salt, pepper
100 ml tomato paste (mixed into a small water)
mushrooms optional

Method
Peeled potatoes cut of your choice and spread in the pan, add the frozen vegetables, mushrooms, diced peppers, onions, puree and spices (sunflower oil, pepper and salt). Make water a little below the level of all products and place to bake. Shortly before the dish out of the oven add the sausage to pozapeche. The dish is ready when the water springs and boiling vegetables.

Very good recipe. A very tasty dish that it in no time and is very easy. I recommend it :)

Today I took from the freezer three pieces of raw sausage, wondering what to do, and here, that gives me an idea. True, they will not abide fully shockproof recipe for the type of sausage, but will try. I intend to put it to bake in the beginning together with all other vegetables.

It was very tasty meal! I was raw sausage and put it in the beginning with other products. The package frozen vegetables, which had put peas, carrots, peppers, corn and broccoli, I add celery and parsley. I poured it all dissolved in a little water mushroom soup. All at home we like

Put a picture in my option, which tends to be more cooked meal, but still very tasty.
