Round banitsa - spinach dish

Ingredients
400 g flour
2 eggs
400 g spinach
80 ml vegetable oil
60 g lard
15 ml vinegar
500 ml water
salt
Method
Flour is kneaded with eggs and salt. Division into five parts and rolled into thin sheets. Each crust put spinach and fat and turns roll. Arrange in a vessel coated with lard, and bake in a moderate temperature. Can be served warm or cold. Similarly sharpening and round banitsa stuffed with feta cheese or cottage cheese (400 g).

I love pie with all the greenery and leeks. Unfortunately I can not roll out thin crusts, and therefore use only finished.

Since you can not grindstone, try hands to stretch the dough. It is easier, and sheet become even thinner.
