Method
In the butter to fry the chopped onions, mushrooms chopped, add a little water and leave to cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Add a little flour (enough to thicken if necessary), stir well, add the cream and keep the stove until boil. Reduce the heat and leave to boil a little. After removing the add grated cheese or feta cheese. In the middle of each mini pancake put the filling and tying feathers onion.
