Ingredients
200 g chocolate
90 g butter
110 g sugar
pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
210 g flour
25 g cocoa powder (bitter)
1/2 tsp baking powder
powdered sugar (for rolling)

Method
In a small vessel in a water bath melt the butter and chocolate to the broken homogenous. Get out of the fire and cooled, add the sugar. Kneads everything well to dissolve the sugar. Add eggs one at a time, after each egg mixture was stirred well with a mixer. Add vanilla. To easily be broken eggs, sugar and vanilla separately and then added to the chocolate mass, which must be cooled. Mix the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder and add to the chocolate mixture. Again it is well kneaded and left for 1 hour in the refrigerator (or 15-20 minutes in the chamber). Bowl should be covered with foil. Heat oven to 160 C. Grease the tin with butter or lean baking paper. With teaspoon break off pieces of dough from which balls are made with a diameter of about 2.5 cm. Each ball is add some icing sugar. Each cookie should be covered with a thick layer of icing sugar. The biscuits are placed on the paper at a distance of 4 cm. Bake 10-15 minutes (during baking burst slightly - it is normal). The finished biscuits are cooled in the tray 2 minutes then removed. Can be stored in closed containers. These products are sufficient for about 40 biscuits.

Rally, I Beat eggs with sugar and added them to a trickle oil cooled chocolate mixture, mix to a slow rate. Then continued to dabble with a spoon, adding flour. Really not as difficult and complicated as they seem.

I kept my recipe - a preheated oven at 160 (to me 170 degrees) 15 minutes - cracked on top just like the pictures, but inwardly they are slightly damp. Oil I would say quality, ie German. Peko them 35 minutes at 160 degrees, German oil. Became slightly crunchy on the outside, dry inside.
