Chicken Imperial

Ingredients
200 g chicken breasts
1/2 ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 dry chili pepper
2 carrots
50 g of raw peanuts
1 onion
1 green pepper
100 ml chicken broth
1 tsp starch
1 tbsp Wei Jing
salt

Method
Chicken cut into cubes and sprinkle with soy sauce and chopped ginger. So stand about 30 minutes spiced. Chilli grind fry in sunflower oil with peanuts. Remove from the oil and fry the remaining vegetables. And they removed the pan and fry the chicken when soft add other fried products. Sprinkled with starch and chicken broth. The dish is seasoned with salt and Wei Jin. Serve hot.

I was curious and discovered that Wei Jing is glutamate, which nyay likely may be omitted.
