Rice sausage

Ingredients
300-400 g sausage
2-3 leeks
4 tbsp flour
2/3 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp paprika
crushed and diluted with a little vinegar garlic
1 1/2 - 2 cups beef bouillon
salt
pepper
Method
Cleaned, washed and chopped leek stew in preheated oil. Sprinkle with paprika and stir. Add the flour and fry. Dilute with warm broth (if necessary adding more or vice versa - less) and mix well. Add crushed sausage, reduce heat and boil until the desired density. Finally optional is doovkusyava with crushed garlic and vinegar and pepper.
