Ingredients
          1 egg yolk
          1/2 lemon
          1/4 cup olive oil or sunflower oil (60-70 ml)

          Method
              All products must be at room temperature.   In a narrow and high court (eg jar) put yolks and lemon juice. With the blender mixture is stirred very well (about 2-3 minutes), the blender should not be peeled from the bottom of the container. Without interrupting the passage, add olive oil (the oil) many trickle. Stir for another 5 min. Added salt.   Optional mayonnaise can be seasoned with spices according to your preferences - garlic powder, black pepper or another.

Why, Desi? What happened? A long time do mayonnaise in this recipe and always received.
Mayonnaise going great - there is nothing better than a real homemade mayonnaise. I make it in a second time, as my first became less frequent because my blender was broken. Prepared to day again with my new blender and became one gastichka, a delicious - just unique. Thanks for the recipe! :)
