Ingredients
400 g pork liver
1 large onion
4 peppers
50 ml wine
red pepper
pepper
savory
salt
Method
Chop in large pieces and stew, add liver cut into chunks and peppers also cut. Season with pepper, salt and savory. When the liver is almost ready add red pepper and wine. Cook until there is fat.
