Sponge crescents

Ingredients
5 eggs
5 tbsp flour
5 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup walnuts
2 tbsp caster sugar
2 vanilla
Method
Eggs and sugar is broken down to thicken. Add flour a little at a slow and continuous stirring. Insert 1 vanilla and chopped walnuts, pour into greased and floured pan. Bake 8-10 minutes in a moderate oven. After baking, cut with a glass of crescents. To scatter on top with powdered sugar with vanilla.
