Baked eggs

Ingredients
6 eggs
60 g butter
1 tsp mustard
2-3 sprigs lovage
2-3 sprigs of parsley
100 g feta cheese
pepper
salt
Method
Eggs are cooked, place in cold water, peel and cut into small pieces. Stir in the melted butter, with finely chopped herbs, mustard, salt and pepper, pour the mixture into an oiled baking pan, sprinkle with grated feta cheese, add small pieces of butter and bake in a hot oven until the feta cheese turn pink.
