Method
Boil pasta in salted boiling water (not placed before it quite boiling). Meanwhile, in 50 ml olive oil fry about 50 g finely chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic, add the tomato sauce, basil and season with salt and pepper. When the pasta is ready add to the sauce and leave a little to boil for the pasta to absorb the taste of the sauce. It is better to leave the spaghetti slightly raw and dovarete them in the sauce. When serving sprinkle with grated parmesan.

If desired, sprinkle them with parmesan :)

favorite spaghetti at home! Easy, simple, delicious! The sauce boil with lid a very low heat for at least 40 minutes. Important: When cooking oil is not finally floats on top! Basil is placed at the end of cooking. Ideal starting sauce lasagna, cannelloni, Sauce Parmaroza. Suuuuupeeeer!

Jump in classic pasta! Bravo!
