Ingredients
6 yolks
60 g sugar
200 ml strong espresso coffee
400 ml cream
75 g chocolate
Method
Is broken yolks with sugar. Add gradually lukewarm coffee. The mixture thicken over low heat, stirring constantly without leave to boil. Once cool add cream and broken grated chocolate. Pour into serving bowls and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Garnish with whole coffee beans, wafer cigars cookies.
