10 eggs
8-10 potatoes
1 cup (200 ml) milk
60 g butter
300 g cheese
pepper
salt

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and passed through a press. To these are added the grated cheese, milk, pepper and salt to taste. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish with butter and a surface with an indentation in which is placed in 1 egg, broken by low, and placed pieces of the butter. Bake in a hot oven and serve warm.

Super! fast, easy and very tasty! All home to their liking. A small note to self: leave about 1/3 of the cheese to sprinkle on top. And do not bake, but it melt in the hot oven. Becomes deliciously!
