Skinless sausageki - II type

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
1 tbsp salt, savory
1 tbsp sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp yogurt
10 skinless sausages
1 cup milk
1 cube of yeast (40 g)

Method
Two eggs are broken, the third shall be taken only whites and yolks leave spreads. Add salt, sugar and yogurt. Mix well. The yeast was dissolved in a 1/2 cup lukewarm water. Pour the mixture into the eggs. Add milk and stir. The mixture was added to the flour and mix a soft dough. Of the dough to make balls that are rolled into strips about 2-3 fingers wide. The skinless sausages cut in half and turn spiral with Roll bands. Pour a 2-3-4 tapes as you want to be big skinless sausagekata. Finished skinless sausageki put in greased pan, coated with egg yolk and sprinkle with savory. Bake in preheated oven until browned.

ivka with puff pastry are very tasty. These are as bakery and fast food .. In school they do the same .. much we love them.
