Method
The feta cheese is placed in a large bowl and crushing it with a fork. Add eggs and mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Peels are coated using a brush with melted butter and plenty to scatter with the feta cheese and eggs. Wound up the two sheets together to roll, then roll is wrapped like a snail. Arranged in a well greased with butter tray. Bake in preheated 200 C oven for about 30 minutes until they turn a nice yellow color, resembling desert roses. Served with buttermilk.

pie was very nice, I do it, too, can be cut into small patties and not of snails!

Nice recipe, but I did not know that the desert grow roses :) BRAVO!

Desert rose is the popular name of crystalline rosette formed by minerals gypsum and barite in the presence of sand. These beautiful crystals are a major attraction for the Arab world and obligatory souvenirs, especially in countries such as Tunisia, Libya and Morocco. Because colors banitsa resemble sand, I allowed them baptized so.

I like this kind of pie!

I personally with a crust like me more. The first made it with two sheets, but seemed quite thick and next made them with a crust. Baked is better.

Wonderful recipe, making it several times, but with a cortex becomes incredibly nice.

In Morocco, in the Sahara Desert, has some crystals. Call them desert roses. Very beautiful. Benzothiazine decided that the color and shape, somewhat similar to them, and for this called them.

In general I am not good in pies and I vowed to cook anything, but no pies, but this recipe tempted me and I decided to give a last chance - well, I changed my mind! Pie with great taste and is perfect! Will now do and pies! Thank you for the recipe! :)
