Ingredients
16 small pieces of lean pork meat (at 50-70 g)
4 tbsp chutney
salt
pepper
vegetable oil
# cabbage:
1 small sour cabbage
1 onion
1-2 tbsp pork lard

4 tbsp sauce roasted
1/2 tsp caraway
Method
Pork pieces are crushed with wooden hammer Add salt and coated both sides with solvent B little vegetable oil chutney. Arrange one another and left to rest.
