Ingredients
1 kg sauerkraut
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1/2 cup (100 ml) cabbage juice

Method
Cabbage cleaned of upper leaves and stalk, cut into small pieces, mix with cabbage juice (to be more juicy salad) and place in salad bowls. Salad sprinkled with red pepper and pour vegetable oil.
