Skalopini with tomato sauce and artichoke

Ingredients
600-700 g pork chops thin (skalopini)
1 large tomato
500 ml tomato juice
200 g canned artichoke
a few cloves of garlic
pepper, salt
oil
flour
parsley optional

Method
Ovkusyavome steaks with salt and pepper, roll in flour and fried in olive oil with 1 clove of garlic. Peeled, chopped tomatoes and fry in a pan in which we fried steak for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce and fry another 10 minutes. Add the drained artichokes and garlic. Fry 2 minutes, add the parsley (optional) and serve steaks flights sauce.

I want to clarify that *skalopine* way of cooking. Roll steaks in flour and frying in oil generally called so :)The meat can be beef, svisko, chicken but no fat and very very thin steaks
