Ingredients
4-5 roasted red peppers
150 g canned corn
parsley
olives
100 g mayonnaise
2 tbsp yogurt
salt

Method
Red peppers are cut, add maize. Season and mix with yogurt and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and garnish with olives.
