Ingredients
20 larger field mushrooms
200 g minced meat
pepper
savory
100 g cheese
50 g butter
Method
Wash the mushrooms, remove the stalk and filled with seasoned minced meat. Arrange in a greased baking pan and put each mushroom slice of cheese and a piece of butter. Bake until browned. Served with fries. Stumps can be used for soup.
