Ingredients
250 g cottage cheese
100 g sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
250 g flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
# For glaze:
100 g of powdered sugar
2 tbsp butter
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 drops vanilla essence
Method
From the cottage cheese, honey, sugar, vanilla, flour and baking knead dough. Roll out a sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut out shapes and bake on parchment paper for 20 minutes at 180C °. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. In bowl pour the lemon juice, add the butter and allow to melt over low heat. Allow to cool and add powdered sugar. Mix well until the mixture is creamy and it is coated cookies.
