Blend chutney

Ingredients
2 kg tomatoes
2 kg red peppers
# For marinade:
1 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp salt
2 cloves garlic
pepper
2 tbsp flour
Method
Grinding peppers and tomatoes raw meat in the machine. Put marinade products without spices in a deep pot of fire after the boil add the peppers after 5 minutes. And add minced meat tomatoes, boil until thick about 25 minutes. Before you remove from heat and add spices beaten flour with a little water, ready-mixed blend until smooth. Put in jars and then boil for 10 minutes. From a dose out 7-8 jars.

2 cloves garlic did you add some flavor to 4 kg vegetable? Why do I need flour?
