Breaded cod with lemon and celery

Ingredients
700 g fillet of cod
2 eggs
4-5 tbsp breadcrumbs
3-4 tbsp flour
salt, black pepper, white pepper
oil
lemon juice
300 g stems celery

Method
Stethe base celery washed and cut across the washers. Boil in salted water. Flour with spices and salt with a little water stir until homogeneous, dense kashitsa. Eggs are broken down better with a little salt. In the pan becomes heated fat and pieces of cod fillet PANIC while immersed alternately in flour porridge, eggs and breadcrumbs and fried. Breaded cod garnished with drained of water and sprinkled with lemon juice and salted to taste celery. Particularly well suited to dairy-garlic sauce.
