Canned potatoes appetizer

Ingredients
6-7 small baby potatoes with thin cover
1 bunch dill
1 bunch parsley
3-4 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
4-5 Allspice
1 tbsp salt
Method
Potatoes are washed thoroughly with a brush. Parsley and dill Wash and with handles finely. Peel the garlic clove and each is cut in two. Potatoes are put in a deep dish and pour in boiling water for 1 minute. The water is then decanted. Potatoes, parsley, dill and garlic are layered in a well washed jar of 700 ml. Add spices and salt and pour hot water. The jar was capped and turns. When cool turns again. After about a week arrives refrigerator. Leave for one month before being consumed. In presenting add chopped onion.
