Carp in a pot

Ingredients
2 kg of carp
onions 1 kg
1 kg tomatoes
200 g roasted peppers
60 g butter
250 ml white wine
wine vinegar 30 ml
200 ml sunflower oil
parsley
1 tsp oregano , savory

Method
Cleaned, washed and dried carp cut into pieces 100g Vegetables finely. In pot rank order fish, row vegetables, among others, put spices. Top put the butter, vinegar and wine. The pot is capped and put in a cold oven, which is included in the strongest level for 30 minutes. Then the oven switches to the lowest level for 5 hours. The pot does not open and it does not add anything.
