Caviar with semolina

Ingredients
3 tbsp (30 g) semolina
2 eggs
1 onion
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
Meal is boiled in a little water and was added to it in a thin stream the oil, lemon juice drops, chopped boiled eggs and chopped onion. Stir and add salt before serving.

This is a very pleasant and inexpensive appetizer for brandy. Almost something out of nothing. When you have no money for modern and fancy salads try this caviar. Super is garnished with olives or pickles on the side.

It is very tasty.

It even sandwich spreads.

I add a little mayonnaise and red pepper in this salad.
