Chicken fillet in French

Ingredients
900 g chicken fillet
3 large onions
2 carrots
1 bunch fresh garlic
3 peppers
1 tomato
1 tsp black pepper and curry
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 pinches of basil and parsley
olive or sunflower oil for frying
soy sauce
100 ml red wine
salt
Method
Cut the meat into cubes (2 cm). Onion cut into strips, carrots - sliced, tomatoes and garlic also cut. The pulp is divided into three parts. One part of the meat is fried together with one onion, one carrot, fresh garlic and tomatoes. Fry until the onion becomes transparent, then add pepper and 1 pinch of basil, leave to fry for another 2-3 minutes, remove from heat and place in a separate bowl, which finally will mix everything. The second part of the meat is fried together with the second onion and carrot rest. Fry until the onion becomes transparent, then add parsley 3 tbsp soy sauce and salt, fry is another 3-4 minutes, remove from heat and place in a common bowl. The third part of the meat fried with peppers. When the peppers are soft, add turmeric, curry and basil, stir and add the wine. Allow 2-3 minutes on the stove, removed and added to the common bowl. All stir and serve.
