Chicken livers wrapped in bacon

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
200 g bacon
200 ml cream for cooking
1 tbsp tahini
pepper melange
cumin
salt and olive oil
parsley for decoration
10 g butter

Method
Season chicken livers with salt, pepper mixture and cumin. In a heated pan with a little olive oil seal livers. Wrap sealed livers with bacon and arrange on a baking tray. Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 20 minutes. For the sauce, heat the cream in a pan for cooking and Tahan. Stirring, until the sauce thickens. Finally, the heat treatment add lump butter. Season with salt and pepper mix. Serve portion of livers with the sauce and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
