Chicken with mushrooms

Ingredients
chicken
mushrooms
white wine
mustard
soy sauce
pepper
chicken broth
Method
Make a marinade of white wine, soy sauce, mustard and chicken stock in proportion to taste. Cut the meat into chunks and leave in the marinade, as should be covered by it for about an hour. Then in a little oil fry the rings and add to it chopped mushrooms. Season with pepper and serve.

I do like fillets, but marinade add oil to be juicy fillet and griddle without fat - in useful.
