Ingredients
1 kg pork (boneless rib portion)
4-5 carrots
4-5 onion
2 pieces Macedonian sausage
sunflower oil
salt
pepper
savory
paprika
1 pm .ch. wine
Method
Cut the meat into cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Onions, carrots and sausage cut into cubes and sprinkle with plenty of savory and a little paprika. In clay pot lining layers of meat and vegetable mixture, beginning and ending with the vegetable mixture. Pour the wine and bake in the oven. Can be prepared in a pressure cooker. Boil for 35-40 minutes.
