Constantinople sponge cake

Ingredients
4 eggs
150 g butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 cup flour
baking powder 1
lemon zest
5 Turkish delight
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup almonds
Method
The butter mix with powdered sugar, add egg yolks one by one, zest, milk, flour, beaten egg whites. Turkish delight is cut into small pieces and lightly fried with almonds and raisins put in the dough. Bake and cool when lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar.
