Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
100 g of powdered sugar
4 tbsp flour
4 eggs
200 g chopped walnuts
Method
3-4 tablespoons of sugar is caramelized. In milk add sugar, flour and egg yolks. All mix well and pour over the caramel and stir until thickened. Egg whites are broken down into snow and added when the cream has cooled down. Pour into glasses and garnish with walnuts and caramelized nuts.
