Cheese balls

Ingredients
300 g grated cheese
8 equal tbsp flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder

Method
Products Knead until a soft, sticky dough. Leave the mixture for about 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator. Then with wet hands shape into balls the size of a walnut. Fry them in hot sunflower oil very quickly until a light golden brown.
