Exotic appetizer with chestnuts and figs

Ingredients
500 g chestnut
200 g figs (fresh or frozen)
200 g green beans (the beans are green color, usually sold frozen)
200 g whole small marinated mushrooms
100 g whole walnuts
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (raw or roasted)
salt
about 3-4 tbsp olive oil
pinch of ginger

Method
Chestnuts Peel and roasted whole in a dry pan for a few minutes until light golden color gain and nice aroma. Then gently boil for about 15 minutes on medium heat, but carefully - not to collapse. May buy cooked this way. Drained chestnuts are placed in a heated pan with olive oil and add all other ingredients, such as figs cut into crescents. Stir so as not to crush the products for a few minutes until the flavors and aromas mingle and if frozen products to keep warm. Served warm, it can be adorned with a sprig of mint on top.
