Fresh cabbage with chicken and rice
2 chicken legs
1 kg cabbage
1 cup rice
1 cup tomato paste
red pepper, black pepper, salt, mint, savory

Legs are cooked, deboned and the meat is broken. Chop into crescents is suffocating in sunflower oil. Add shredded cabbage. When the cabbage is tender put the rice and it becomes transparent add the spices. Mix well, pour in the tomato paste and 3 cups of the broth in which it is boiled meat. Allow to simmer for about 20-30 minutes. The dish is transferred to the pan and bake at 250C until boil off the water.
