Ingredients
500 g cabbage
pepper 1
1 sprig fresh onion
4 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp honey
1 tsp salt

Method
Cabbage Wash, cut into julienne and drain well. Chopped onion and shredded pepper fry quickly in preheated oil, taking care not to overcook. Add the cabbage and fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Finally add the vinegar, honey, salt and vegetata. Serve warm.
