Fried celery with lemon

Ingredients
2 cloves celery
1 lemon
1/2 bunch parsley
breadcrumbs
Salt
pepper
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Celery is peeled, washed and cut into thick slices of about 1 cm. They are sprinkled with lemon juice and cook in boiling salted water for 15 minutes. Drained, rolled in breadcrumbs, mixed with salt and pepper and fry. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
