Fruit salad with rum

Ingredients
1 pineapple
4 bananas
100 g raisins
100 ml dark rum
30 g brown sugar
the juice of one lemon
few mint leaves
Method
Cut cap pineapple and remove the flesh with a spoon part. Save the juice. Peel the bananas and cut them into circles. Pour them with lemon juice to not tarnish. In a bowl pour the rum and the same amount of water. Put the raisins and allow to absorb the liquid. In a bowl mix all ingredients and then fill pineapple. Pour lemon juice and pineapple juice and serve slightly chilled.
