Ingredients
500 g small gourmet tomatoes (cherry)
6 tbsp vodka
4 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp finely chopped dill
pepper
salt
lemon peel to decorate
Method
Domatchetata placed for 4-5 seconds in boiling water. Drain and immediately washed by ice-cold water, then peel. Vodka mixed with vinegar, sugar, chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste. Domatchetata flooded with well mixed marinade, put in refrigerator and allow to stand for at least 3 hours. Then transfer to a serving plate and decorate with lemon peel and julienne blades dill
