Ingredients
2 eggs
80 g flour
1 cup milk
1 bunch parsley
frying oil
100 g cheese

100 g feta cheese
4 eggs
30 g butter
Method
Flour, eggs, salt, milk and finely chopped parsley are broken down smooth dough stand for 10-15 minutes. The pancakes are fried in preheated oil on both sides. Eggs stuffing beat with crumbled feta cheese and fry in hot butter, until tight. Pancakes filled with scrambled eggs, roll and arrange in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and lightly roasted.
