Green salad with beets, walnuts and melted cheese

Clean and peel the beets. Place it in foil for baking and pour the olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary (I used dried rosemary). Bake drawn at 180C degrees for 1 hour. Once ready beets do not rush to remove it from fthe oil. Allow it to cool thoroughly. Wash and clean the spinach and lettuce. Cut into cubes processed cheese and beet. The walnuts crush. In bowl, combine lettuce, spinach, the walnuts and processed cheese. Season them with salt, olive oil and lemon juice. Crush a clove of garlic and add it. Mix well. * The proportions are of your choice.
