Ingredients
300 g sugar
100 g butter
200 ml milk
3 eggs
500 g flour
5 g of baking soda
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
# For the cream:
200 g sugar
250 g butter
rind of 2 lemons
Method
Sugar is mixed with the butter. Add consecutively eggs, milk, flour, which previously sieved baking soda and baking powder. The mixture was partitioned into 3 equal parts and baked. Once cool, stick with lemon cream prepared by mixing sugar and lemon zest with the butter.
