Kmetska meal

Ingredients
1 chicken
1 onion
7-8 cloves garlic
50 g smoked bacon
2-3 tbsp mustard
3-4 sausages
2 bay leaves
120-150 ml white wine
salt pepper
3/4 cup broth
1 tbsp flour
olive oil or sunflower oil

Method
Chicken cut into small portions, which are fried in a little sunflower oil. Remove meat and salted, and the fat fry chopped onion, garlic and bacon. Everything is transferred into a saucepan and cover with mustard. Top ranks sausage, cut into slices and add bay leaf, pepper, wine and broth. Stew on low heat under cover until tender meat. The sauce is thickened with flour and simmer another 5-10 minutes. Serve garnished with boiled potatoes, mashed or steamed vegetables.

Another great recipe! Meat being cooked with mustard becomes very fragile, almost always in advance souse with it. Also very often cook with wine, in meals is ideal substitute for water. Annie, evidently you have pretty similar tastes.

Last night I pulled out recipes where I cherish for years and this was from a newspaper, but not visible imeto- *Delicious* or *woman* :) I have not tried, but I ate chicken with bacon and is super and brewed wine will probably be very fragrant. I often use in cooking wine. Milencha, eagerly wait to see you :)

And when I get a lot better. I used sorova thick sausage. Zaparzhih after her a little chicken, I can cut it into rings. And added by yourself 250 grams mushrooms and olives dozen. Omesiha little things and was not turbo beautiful on the plate, but so does the quality made up for it. Cheers and thanks for the recipe.
