Ingredients
1 leg of lamb
1 stalk leek
200 g spinach
200 g mushrooms mushrooms (or other)
100-200 g smoked bacon or chest
salt, pepper, mint, lovage, red pepper, parsley
1 cup white wine

Method
Lamb leg is boned, taking care not to tear the meat. The resulting rectangle meat is seasoned with a paste made from olive oil and spices. In a pan fry the leeks, then add successively smoked breast, mushrooms and spinach. Flavored meat is put on Greased foil and top evenly distributed filling. Carefully turn the meat roll. So shaped ball wrapped in fthe oil, put in a pan, add a glass of water and a glass of white wine and bake in a moderate oven for about 2 hours.
