Layered cake with pears

Ingredients
2 eggs
150 g butter
1 cup powdered sugar
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
1/4 lemon
2 vanilla
2 cup flour
# For glaze:
2-3 pears
3 egg whites

Method
Beat the butter with the sugar. Add in this order: eggs, flour sifted with baking powder, grated lemon rind and vanilla. Beat well and pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake form. Fry the paste, then cover it with pieces of pears. Beat the egg whites with powdered sugar to produce snow cream. Spread the mixture over the cake smashed and baked again until slightly redden egg white.
